📝 Purchase Terms

1. General terms

These terms set out the procedure for making purchases in the online store KIKIS (hereinafter – the Store).
The Store owner reserves the right to change the terms at any time by publishing them on the website.

2. Products and prices

2.1. All products in the Store are ready-made wooden items.
2.2. If a specific product is not available in stock, its production time is 5–14 business days.
2.3. Product prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes.
2.4. The Store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Placing an order

3.1. An order can be placed on the Store’s website by selecting a product and filling out the order form.
3.2. The order is considered confirmed after receipt of payment or mutual agreement on the payment method.

4. Payment methods

4.1. The following payment methods are available in the Store:

  • bank transfer

  • online payments on the website

  • cash, upon receiving the product on site or via KIKIS courier

5. Delivery and pickup

5.1. Delivery is provided by:

  • KIKIS courier

5.2. The Buyer has the option to pick up the product on site at the address indicated in the Contacts section (by prior arrangement).

5.3. Delivery costs are indicated during checkout.

6. Product quality

6.1. KIKIS products are made from birch plywood (Latvian veneer).
6.2. Production is 100% handmade, and each item is carefully finished by hand (sanding, edge finishing, quality inspection).
6.3. Minor differences in wood texture are a natural property of the material and are not considered a defect.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

7.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
7.2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
7.3. The Buyer covers the return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is a product defect.

8. Data protection

8.1. The Store processes the Buyer’s personal data only for order fulfillment.
8.2. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases necessary to ensure delivery.

9. Liability

9.1. The Store is not liable for losses arising from improper use of the product.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct information when placing an order.
